Pavion is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit. You will manage inventory, coordinate pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years warehousing experience, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams. You will collaborate with procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations, with physical tasks up to 50 pounds and occasional overtime based on volume.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• MS Teams experience (chat, meetings).
• Proven problem-solving and escalation ability.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
