Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Service Operations Associate to join our security business unit in Lees Summit, MO. You will help ensure operational accuracy by auditing project documentation and supporting closeout processes, invoicing, and reporting across departments.

The role requires 0-3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years prior business or customer service related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge.
• Basis PC Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently.
• Team player, flexible and resourceful.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audits completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation, compliance, and quality standards.
• Submits final invoicing to the billing department, researches and resolves discrepancies, and creates clear customer reports.
• Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating with multiple departments to support project closeout.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Operations Associate to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensures operational accuracy and efficiency by auditing completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation, compliance, and quality standards
• Responsible for submitting final invoicing to the billing department, researching and resolving discrepancies using a variety of analytical and problem‑solving methodologies, and creating clear, accurate customer reports.
• Must precisely enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating closely with multiple departments to support seamless project closeout and continuous operational improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• 0-3 years prior business or customer service related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic MS Excel, Outlook and Word knowledge
• Basis PC Hardware, Networking, CCTV, Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plus

Pay Range-

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour . The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
