Job summary

YQN is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Specialist in Pooler, GA to support daily warehouse operations. You will manage asset records, coordinate purchasing, track costs, and provide administrative support to ensure cost-effective warehousing.

Responsibilities include liaising with landlords, maintaining inventories, and optimizing supplier costs across U.S. warehouses. Strong data management and bilingual Chinese skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in warehouse administration or accounting preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese speaking/writing.
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request to stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
