Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, asset management, purchasing coordination, cost tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

You will manage asset records, coordinate with landlords, optimize purchasing, and generate regular cost analyses across U.S. warehouses, enabling efficient cross-border logistics support and improved inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of warehouse administration or accounting experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese speaking/writing.
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
