Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Writing, Microsoft Excel, MS-Outlook, MSWord.
• Strong partnership, team oriented with interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Have a passion for auditing, checking with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas to check doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor entry points and verify visitor credentials.
• Operate Evolv weapons detection system and respond to detected threats.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; escalate incidents to law enforcement when needed.
• Serve as first responder to emergencies and manage incident response.
• Complete daily reports detailing observations and security checks.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations; remove trespassers if needed.
• Perform life & safety inspections on building areas and equipment.
