Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an AP/EHS Manager to lead safety, security, and loss prevention across assigned markets. You will partner with the VP Operations to drive shrink reduction, safety performance, and inventory excellence, while auditing operations and coaching store teams.

You will investigate incidents, communicate trends to operators, and coordinate with Risk/Claims to reduce hazards, with up to 60% overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in asset protection, loss prevention or risk management.
• OSHA/VPP experience is a plus and relevant certifications are favored.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP/EHS programs to protect stores, people, and assets.
• Manage shrink, safety metrics, and inventory controls across markets.
• Investigate fraud/policy abuse and conduct routine audits.
• Communicate loss and safety trends to operators and leadership.
• Oversee property protection controls including CCTV and alarms.
