Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts is seeking a security-focused team member to patrol the facility, control access, and respond to emergencies. You will monitor CCTV and alarms, operate weapon detection equipment, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient in writing and basic MS Office.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent collaboration and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior areas to check doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor site access and verify visitor credentials; manage sign-ins.
• Operate Evolv weapons detection system and respond to detections.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; review incidents for reporting.
• Serve as first responder to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Prepare accurate daily reports of observations and incidents.
• Enforce company policies and remove trespassers if needed.
• Perform life & safety inspections and asset inspections in the building.
