Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Memphis is seeking a part-time Loss Prevention/Security Associate to monitor access, protect assets, and enforce safety policies at our Fulfillment Center.

This on-site role involves coordinating responses to emergencies and conducting regular safety and security checks across the facility. Starting pay is competitive with benefits including employee discounts and a range of programs; candidates will participate in loss prevention and shrinkage awareness initiatives

Qualifications

• Loss prevention focus and safety awareness.
• Experience monitoring access and entry security.
• Ability to conduct basic investigations.

Responsibilities

• Protects assets including associates, merchandise, and property.
• Monitors badges, visitors, vendors, and contractors entry/exit.
• Monitors/controls sample merchandise, returns and safety compliance.
• Responds to emergencies and assists evacuations.
• Conducts safety and security tours of the warehouse.
