As a Warehouse Asset Protection Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's asset protection procedures at your assigned supply chain location. You will collaborate with all team levels to ensure the safety and security of the facility and its employees. This role involves communication and coordination across departments to maintain efficient operations and safeguard the facility.

What you’ll do

1. Engage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and participation in inventory health and leadership rhythms.
2. Hire, train, and coach the front desk and gatehouse teams.
3. Conduct shift reviews and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activity.
4. Oversee facility access control, badging, and metal detector procedures.
5. Conduct facility safety, environmental, and security assessments.
6. Assist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issues.
7. Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications

• 2 years of asset protection experience.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Preferred qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail or distribution operations.
