What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the dental industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to foster growth through partnerships.
- Leverage professional networks to find strategic opportunities that create value for customers.
- Achieve revenue targets by establishing partner sales objectives and conducting routine progress reviews.
- Analyze monthly territory reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and independently with customers.
- Understand the technology adoption process and utilize resources to accelerate it.
- Organize training sessions with partners and end-users.
- Support sales efforts with marketing activities and collaborate with marketing on joint initiatives.
- Assess customer and market needs to contribute to 3D Systems' innovation process.
- Identify potential partners, build business cases, and lead onboarding processes.
- Serve as the main contact for partners to address issues and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure partner success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in dental sales.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales and account management, preferably in the dental industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated in formal presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for industry events and customer engagements.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in consumables and equipment sales is a bonus.
- Salesforce proficiency is a bonus.
