The role involves selling on a Business-to-Business basis into the manufacturing industry. The team is well established, with longstanding contributors to the company's success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, preferably with experience in the metal industry, aluminum extrusion, or related distribution centers. This position allows for remote work within the assigned region, with travel expected throughout the area.
Responsibilities include developing market strategies, analyzing market opportunities, representing Bonnell at industry events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Proficiency in Salesforce is required to manage leads and opportunities effectively.
The candidate should have 8-15 years of sales experience in metals or distribution, manufacturing experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Experience in industries such as motion control or machine building is preferred.
