The Sr. Area Sales Manager - Wholesale Division is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with assigned accounts. S/he will be the main point of contact for all account matters and is required to understand and collaborate with our internal functions to ensure customer success in achieving revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business/Strategy Planning: Ongoing Masonite/Endura business planning, opportunity evaluation, prioritization, developing strategies, and executing plans. Planning for upcoming projects to optimize productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness, while proactively addressing potential obstacles.
  2. Customer Training: Coordinating and conducting sales and door shop training on Masonite & Endura brands, including field service/repairs to train customer service and sales teams for future field service.
  3. Market Development: Working with Sales Activation managers to build channel relationships and drive market adoption of Masonite / Endura products and systems. Communicating opportunities for pull-through to Wholesale dealers.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training: Continuing education on product knowledge and application for Owens Corning Door brands, training customers and dealers on new and existing products to build advisory relationships.
