Job summary

Weihao Industries is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee inventory, fulfillment, and distribution across marketplace, wholesale, and eCommerce channels. This role manages two warehouse locations, drives NetSuite and RF-SMART processes, and collaborates with sales, customer service, purchasing, and import teams.

You will plan transfers, run cycle counts, coordinate inbound containers, and lead a Safety Committee as the company relocates to Walnut in late 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP inventory systems.
• Experience managing marketplace or multi-channel fulfillment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse setting.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end inventory, fulfillment, and distribution across marketplace, wholesale, and eCommerce channels, including inventory flow between two warehouse locations. You’ll own warehouse execution in NetSuite and RF-SMART, serve as the main warehouse contact for sales, customer service, purchasing, and import teams, and help plan and execute our move to Walnut.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Inventory

• Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Plan inventory transfers between the two locations for Amazon, eCommerce, and wholesale
• Run cycle counts and audits, and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and NetSuite
• Coordinate inbound import containers and Amazon return shipments
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles with lot and expiration tracking

Systems

• Own NetSuite inventory and fulfillment processes: receipts, transfers, adjustments, fulfillments, and RMAs
• Administer RF-SMART workflows, devices, and scanning processes
• Build saved searches and dashboards for inventory accuracy, fill rate, on-time shipping, and labor productivity
• Maintain clean master data and work with IT, finance, and vendors on system issues

Logistics

• Manage fulfillment for Amazon (FBA/FBM), Walmart WFS, Shopify, and wholesale orders
• Manage carrier platforms, negotiate with carriers and 3PL partners, and resolve delivery exceptions and claims
• Coordinate international outbound and last-mile shipments, and expedite urgent orders
• Track backorders and plan warehouse supply reorders with purchasing

Facility Relocation

• Plan and execute the move to Walnut beginning December 2026
• Design the new layout and bin structure, and set up matching locations in NetSuite and RF-SMART
• Keep fulfillment running and inventory accurate before, during, and after the move

Team & Safety

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff, including building lead and supervisor roles
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and serve on the Safety Committee
• Write SOPs and drive process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experince, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Hands‑on experience with WMS or ERP inventory systems
• Experience managing marketplace or multi-channel fulfillment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse environment with forklifts and dock activity

Preferred

• NetSuite or RF‑SMART experience
• Multi-site or facility relocation experience
