Job summary

Nextlink is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Texas to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory duties in a busy warehouse environment. This full-time role includes forklift operations, equipment handling, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work Monday through Friday, 7am–4pm, with overtime as needed. The position offers benefits including health coverage, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Shipping Receiving RMAs of faulty equipment.
• Maintain a clean warehouse.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Ordering and maintaining inventory minimum quantities.
• Pull needed equipment from inventory for new tower sites.
• Load and unload boxes/trucks/pallets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17-$18 an hour

Essential Functions:

Work Environment/Hazards:

Working in a warehouse environment Working in outdoor elements such as cold, hot, precipitation and wind In proximity of heavy machinery and moving vehicles Moderate noise level

Physical Demands:

Frequently moving in and around the warehouse Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffoldings, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more

Working Hours/Days:

Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm Full time Overtime if necessary

Travel Requirements:

0-10% travel required as needed
