Job summary

Nextlink Internet is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to support daily operations in our Waxahachie facility. You will ship/receive equipment, manage RMAs, and keep inventory accurate while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires ability to lift heavy items, operate basic tools, and follow safety protocols. Forklift experience is a plus; background checks and drug screening are mandatory. This is a full-time, in-person position with typical weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Must pass a drug screening test and a criminal background check.
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive items in a warehouse environment.
• Process RMAs of faulty equipment and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and support forklift operations.
• Load and unload boxes, trucks and pallets in a safe manner.
• Order and stock inventory for new tower sites.
• Program equipment as needed and ensure security of restricted areas.
