Job summary

Jobtailor in Spring, TX is seeking a motivated Warehouse/Customer Service Associate to act as the primary contact for Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers, delivering outstanding service in person and over the phone.

You will enter and verify orders in the JDE system, support branch and market goals with the Operations and Sales teams, and perform warehouse duties including packing, stocking, and shipping inventory. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of database and query functions; functional computer skills required.
• Forklift certification and experience using a wet saw are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.

Job description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers, delivering outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Operations team and Sales Team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and support branch and market goals.
• Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, identifying, handling, consolidating, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory according to company policies.
