Job summary

Jobtailor in Las Vegas is seeking a customer-facing Operations Associate to serve as the primary contact for Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and showroom walk-ins. You will greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, enter orders in the JDE system, and collaborate with the Branch Operations and Sales teams.

The role includes warehouse duties such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory reporting, with monthly showroom audits and sample board prep

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a busy environment.
• Outstanding leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and listening skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of database and query functions; functional computer skills required.
• Ability to accurately read and respond to non-verbal communication.
• Excellent basic math skills, including piece-to-square-foot calculations and product counting/tracking.
• Experience in forklift operation and using a wet saw are a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, or other language as appropriate for the area.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations as needed, including inspecting, handling, labeling, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory and generate inventory reports.
• Efficiently handle will-call customers and ensure professional service.
• Assist in showroom maintenance and conduct monthly showroom audits.
• Perform inventory receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting goods as required.
• Assist Operations Manager and/or ISR prepare basic sample boards for branch or customer showrooms.
• Perform other tasks to support customer service and warehouse operations.
