Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move materials within the warehouse and perform supporting tasks. You will unload, pick, pack, count, and verify items to maintain accurate inventory, and operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks according to safety policies.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, storage/handling techniques, and safety regulations. Fluency in English is required.

Job Profile Summary:

Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory.
• Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures.
• View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database.
• Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations
• Knowledge of warehouse management system
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English, is required for this position.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Forklift certification
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
• Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
