R&S Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse and office setting. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with occasional overtime and on-location duties under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include handling orders via WMS, managing inventory, coordinating inbound/outbound carriers, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring excellent customer communication and service. Forklift experience is a plus.

Formación

• Customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and data entry.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Previous warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Forklift operation may be required occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for customer accounts.
• Distribute BOLs, packing lists, and shipping paperwork promptly.
• Prepare and forward customer reports on request.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Use WMS to track inventory and status updates.
• Receive, process, and prioritize customer orders.
