Job summary

WSL, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support service center operations by handling orders, inventory, and warehouse activities. You will receive, store, and prepare materials for delivery while delivering strong customer service in a safe environment.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently with attention to detail. Forklift experience and a valid driver's license are preferred but not required, with training available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming shipments.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery and customer pickup.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and product organization.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect flooring materials and supplies for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment.
• Assist customers with loading materials and order pickups.
• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
