Job summary

The role involves coordinating outbound loads, entering data in the Genco system, assisting drivers, maintaining records, and upholding safety and company policies. A high school diploma and warehouse/transportation or customer‑service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse/transportation/customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to handle information and basic calculations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Schedules outbound load appointments.
• Enters information in Genco system for bills.
• Communicates with Corp. on short stock.
• Assists forklift drivers with shipping issues.
• Maintains order paperwork and distributes copies.
• Assists with usages, shipping orders and data entry.
