Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Pharr, TX is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support outbound operations with label control, yard coordination, and administrative duties. Strong Excel and basic computer literacy are required.

You will issue seals, prepare Bills of Lading, schedule LTL pickups, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years experience in inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Label Control: prepare, distribute, and reprint labels for carton/pallet pickers daily, ensuring a smooth flow for accurate picking.
• Yard Coordination: communicate outbound pulls and plugs using the WMS to yard drivers and ensure trailers are ready before loading.
• Administrative Functions: enter shipment data, issue seals, prepare Bills of Lading, and schedule LTL pickups; file outbound paperwork with attention to detail.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and MSDS standards while multitasking with urgency.
