Job summary

DSV in USA (Lancaster) is seeking a Customer Service Agent, Admin to support outbound operations, including label handling and data entry. You will coordinate yard activities, ensure documentation accuracy, and work with outbound supervisors to resolve issues.

The role requires an HS diploma or GED and 1–3 years in warehousing admin or inventory control. Monday–Friday, 7am–3:45pm, on-site in Lancaster, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or warehousing admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Label control: print, distribute, and reprint labels for outbound shipments.
• Yard coordination: communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers and ensure trailer safety checks.
• Perform data entry for shipments and prepare Bills of Lading and carrier pickups.
