Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Customer Service Agent in Pharr, TX to support outbound operations. The role emphasizes label control, yard coordination, and comprehensive administrative duties, with required Excel proficiency and strong computer literacy.

You will interact with outbound supervisors, coordinate with Y/WMS, and ensure accurate documentation such as Bills of Lading and pickup scheduling, contributing to efficient shipping processes and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Must be proficient with Excel and computer literacy.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage label control, printing and reprinting for cartons/pallets.
• Coordinate outbound pulls with Y/WMS and guide yard drivers.
• Perform data entry for shipments and prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Schedule LTL pickups and manage paperwork with a high sense of urgency.
• Maintain clean, secure work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist supervisors and communicate issues promptly.
