Job summary

TLD America is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations in Windsor, CT. You will maintain inventory accuracy, process shipping and receiving documents, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Care, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with 2+ years of related experience and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in administrative, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or warehouse management systems; strong data entry and record-keeping skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory transactions, and documentation.
• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory-related paperwork.
• Enter and update inventory, purchase orders, and shipment information in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Generate reports related to inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate material movement.
