Job summary

The Warehouse Admin is responsible for administering departmental paperwork, conducting phone communications, and providing support to the processing of orders. A Warehouse Admin supports the Operations Management team to ensure the success of the facility.

Qualifications

• The candidate should manage departmental paperwork and phone communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are received in a timely and accurate manner.
• Locate parts and support production continuity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and 5S standards.
• Communicate with team and managers regularly.
• Adhere to customer requirements and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
