Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local employer in Elgin, IL to fill Material Handler/Warehouse positions. Join a busy, safety-conscious team and contribute to packaging, sorting, staging, and preparing units for production using hand scanners and data entry.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to read, communicate, and complete training in English.

Responsibilities

• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform kitting, functional testing, cleaning, dusting, and packing of White Glove customer orders.
• Utilize hand scanners and perform data entry into company systems via PC.
• Meet daily production goals in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining an organized workstation.

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Material Handler/ Warehouse positions in Elgin, IL. • 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - $16.61/ hr


• 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm - $17.00/ hr

Responsibilities:

• Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.


• Comfortable using a hand scanner, following monitor prompts, and performing basic computer/data entry tasks


• Ability to read, communicate, and successfully complete training in English


• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed; must be fully committed during August and September to support business needs

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$16.61 to $17.00 per hour
