Job summary

Amazon Nashville is seeking an experienced network program manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and voice circuits across the Americas region. You will plan, order, implement, augment, optimize, and decommission circuits, partnering with engineering, network operations, and real estate teams.

This individual contributor role emphasizes ownership, independent operation, automation, and scalable processes to support Amazon's rapidly expanding infrastructure footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience in telecom / WAN delivery, or circuit lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience working with telecom vendors and service delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network delivery issues across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data and voice circuits across the Americas region.
• Drive circuit delivery across North America with on-time, quality results.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and speed delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex delivery issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Network Operations, Real Estate, and Launch teams.
