Job summary

Amazon.com LLC seeks an experienced program manager for end-to-end lifecycle management of WAN circuits across North America.

You will own demand planning, ordering, implementation, upgrades, optimization, and decommissioning, coordinating with Engineering, Network Operations, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and external telecom vendors to ensure timely, high-quality network delivery for new site launches and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience in telecom/network delivery, WAN infrastructure, or circuit lifecycle management.
• Strong program or project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with telecom vendors and managing service delivery
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network delivery issues across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data and voice circuits, including demand planning, ordering, implementation, upgrades, optimization, and decommissioning.
• Drive execution of circuit delivery across Amazon’s North America infrastructure at scale, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve delivery efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex delivery issues involving telecom vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Network Operations, Launch, and Real Estate teams to assist new site launches, retrofits, bandwidth upgrades, and network redesign initiatives.
• Engage with telecom service providers to coordinate deliveries, track performance, and ensure service quality.
• Contribute to building scalable mechanisms and standard processes to guide high-volume network expansion.
• Guide cross-functional programs aimed at improving launch readiness, reducing delivery cycle time, and increasing network availability.
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, bias for action, and continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.
