Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Walmart Retail Trade Planning Lead to provide analytic, trade planning, and trade systems support for Walmart partnerships. You will collaborate with the Walmart Senior Manager and NRO teams to drive end-to-end in-store selling activities across all brands and channels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with trade planning tools. Relocation not required; US-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 2+ years in sales, account management, trade funding, or category management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data from Nielsen, IRI, CPM, or sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardized process for planning, development and execution of WM SSRs across all Customer Teams.
• Develop offers using data-driven insights to maximize selling effectiveness.
• Create sell sheets from store-level data to boost sales and impact.
• Coordinate with RCMs, SCMs, and BDOPs to align goals and debrief learnings.
