Job summary

Mayzon is seeking a Sr Sales Analyst – Global Walmart in Bentonville to lead analytics for the Walmart account. You will own dashboards, reporting, and data-driven recommendations to drive growth and optimize performance with Sales and Walmart partners.

The role requires strong Excel, BI, and data storytelling skills, plus experience with Walmart data systems and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, retail analytics, or related areas.
• Experience supporting a Walmart supplier and translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Walmart analytics agenda with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Analyze POS, shipment, pricing, assortment, and market share to identify opportunities.
• Develop weekly to ad hoc performance reporting for Walmart.
• Monitor sales by category, item, brand, geography, and dimensions.
• Provide recommendations to Sales and leadership based on root-cause analyses.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects from problem to recommendation.
