Arc Worldwide, a Publicis Groupe agency, seeks an Account Director with deep Walmart and Walmart Connect experience to lead omni-channel campaigns for a major CPG client. You will manage strategic planning, client relationships, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and breakthrough shopper marketing outcomes.

Hybrid role based in Rogers, AR, requiring 3–4 days onsite. Extensive experience with Walmart ecosystems and a proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable

Formación

• 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience managing large, complex accounts and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience developing and executing CPG shopper and retail marketing campaigns with Walmart/Walmart Connect expertise.
• Deep understanding of retail media and integrated commerce, including key networks and partners.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage all aspects of high-level projects with the client and serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Plan and drive projects from brief to execution with internal teams and clients, managing timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement bold omni-channel marketing and media plans focused on Walmart and Walmart Connect channels.
