Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Customer Business Manager focused on Walmart to cultivate and manage our relationship with one of our most significant retail partners. The role emphasizes account management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth.

The position involves hybrid work arrangements, strategic planning, and leveraging Nielsen/Scintilla data to inform selling stories and forecast accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field from a 4 year college or university.
• 5 or more years of CPG sales experience into Walmart and/or Sam’s.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communications.
• Development and implementation of customer specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, volume growth and profitability goals.
• Trade fund management with P&L understanding and ownership.
• Utilize Nielsen and Luminate/Scintilla data to understand trends, results, and customer behavior.
• Identify and develop compelling selling stories to move strategy forward.
• Monitor sales performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and lead accurate sales forecasts.
• Drive strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
• Collaborate with Walmart’s merchandising and replenishment teams to optimize product availability, placement, and promotions.
• Key contributor to accelerating omni-channel platform via digital shelf management, content and search optimization, ratings and reviews, online visibility.
