Job summary

Conair is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager, Walmart eCommerce, to accelerate profitable growth across Walmart’s digital ecosystem. You will lead eCommerce strategy, manage annual plans, and build strong cross-functional partnerships across Walmart merchants and internal teams.

You will drive digital shelf excellence, optimize product content, monitor key KPIs, and partner on Walmart Connect campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, account management, or eCommerce experience.
• Proven success growing Walmart.com sales and deep Walmart ecosystem knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Walmart eCommerce, Walmart Connect, Walmart Marketplace, and omnichannel retailing.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Walmart eCommerce growth strategies across all digital channels.
• Own annual and quarterly business planning focused on online sales and profitability.
• Deliver revenue, margin, and market share objectives for Walmart.com and omnichannel programs.
• Build high-impact relationships with Walmart eCommerce merchants and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Digital/Retail Media teams to develop best-in-class digital shelf strategies.
• Monitor content health, optimize product titles/descriptions/images and SEO.
• Analyze KPIs: traffic, search rankings, CTR, conversion, AOV, basket penetration.
• Collaborate on Walmart Connect campaigns and media spend optimization.
