Job summary

Conair LLC is seeking a Manager, Digital Enablement to accelerate growth across key retailer.com partners and strategic accounts. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive content, performance, and execution.

Responsibilities include optimizing product listings, expanding assortments, and planning promotions to meet business goals while enhancing the consumer experience across Beauty and Culinary categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, digital merchandising, marketplace operations, or retailer.com account enablement.
• Strong understanding of retailer.com ecosystems and platforms.
• Experience managing or enabling Beauty or Culinary categories preferred.
• Proficient with analytics tools such as Circana, Power BI, Stackline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retailer.com partner strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content) to improve visibility and conversion.
• Audit assortment and collaborate on content enhancements to improve discoverability.
• Lead promotional planning and cross-functional coordination for retail moments.
• Monitor performance metrics and share insights to guide strategy.
• Ensure launches and campaigns run smoothly across platforms.
