Job summary

Petroleum Marketing Group is seeking a store associate in Kentucky to greet customers and provide an exceptional experience. You will operate the cash register, manage cash handling, lottery, and shift paperwork, and perform daily tasks with speed and accuracy.

The role also involves merchandising the sales floor, stocking, exterior/interior cleaning, and communicating daily issues to Management while supporting leadership with various tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently in school
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, stand, and bend

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Operate cash register and handle cash, lottery, and shift paperwork
• Perform daily store tasks with speed, accuracy and efficiency

Candidate meets and exceeds customer expectations on an ongoing basis. To ensure every customer has been provided an exceptional experience, candidate must work with their team members and provide support to Management, to complete all store level tasks related to customer service, merchandising, daily cleaning, cash register duties, and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, according to PMG standards, surrounding cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking

• Vendor Check-Ins
• Communication of daily issues/challenges with Management
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed
• Perform work with Integrity, Honesty, and Respect
• Support Management with other assigned tasks
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning

Education
