Job summary

QXO is seeking a Wall Panel Framer to fabricate and assemble prefabricated wall panels and framing components in a manufacturing setting. The role requires reading production drawings, measuring accurately, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a production team, ensuring quality and on-time completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new production processes.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure, use a level, and perform precise measurements.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble prefabricated wall panels and framing systems according to drawings and specs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools and equipment safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Verify dimensions and alignment against engineering drawings and project specs.
• Support production flow by completing tasks on schedule and maintaining quality standards.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate them to supervisors for corrective action.
