Job summary

QXO is seeking a Wall Panel Framer to fabricate and assemble prefabricated wall panels and structural components in a manufacturing setting. You will follow engineering drawings, production orders and quality standards while contributing to safe, efficient production for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, detail orientation and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or framing preferred.
• Experience assembling prefabricated wall panels is a plus.
• Ability to read project drawings or specifications is helpful.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Willingness to learn and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble prefabricated wall panels according to drawings and specs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and production equipment safely.
• Measure dimensions with tape measures and levels to ensure accuracy.
• Move and stage lumber and components within the production facility.
• Perform quality inspections to verify workmanship and specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety issues.
