Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a WalkMe Solutions Engineer to design and implement adoption strategies across our platforms. You will craft in-app guidance, automate processes, and leverage data insights to optimize user engagement, working closely with product, UX/UI, and support teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of WalkMe experience, strong frontend tech skills (JavaScript/HTML/CSS), and familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Remote-ready coverage across Pacific/Mountain time zones is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building and implementing WalkMe solutions.
Experience in a deadline-driven software development environment.
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as jQuery or Angular.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Ability to conduct thorough functionality, usability, and performance testing.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to document test cases, results, and identified issues.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
WalkMe certifications preferred.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet preferred.
Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience highly preferred.
jQuery experience highly preferred.
Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to support coverage through at least 4:00 PM PT

Responsibilities

Develop and implement WalkMe solutions to improve user engagement and adoption of proprietary platforms.
Create and configure in-app guidance, automation, and adoption features for complex processes and workflows.
Analyze user behavior data and platform insights to identify adoption challenges and optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot issues related to WalkMe deployments and integrations.
Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, service support, and other stakeholders.
Deliver WalkMe initiatives in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
Maintain and enhance existing WalkMe content.
Document solutions, configurations, test results, and implementation processes.
Support continuous improvement through analysis, reporting, and solution optimization.
