Job summary

Greystar is seeking a WalkMe Design Associate to design, develop, and implement WalkMe digital adoption programs across property management platforms. You will create training content and analytics-driven solutions to improve user adoption and performance.

You will leverage WalkMe Editor, WalkMe Apps, and related technologies (JS/HTML/CSS) to deliver engaging training materials and reports, while staying current with WalkMe releases and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and communicates effectively to create presentations for managers and staff.
• Knowledge of WalkMe digital adoption programs and WalkMe Apps.
• Proficiency with WalkMe Editor and authoring tools (JS/HTML/CSS).
• Experience in e-learning design and analytics (WalkMe Insights).
• Ability to lead discussions, manage conflicts, and drive project closure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing annual goals for WalkMe programs aligned with IT/business strategy.
• Design, develop, and implement WalkMe digital adoption solutions.
• Monitor trends in digital adoption platforms to enhance design.
• Evaluate effectiveness of WalkMe solutions; develop surveys and tests.
• Update WalkMe solutions to reflect business changes and trends.
• Track issues and user requests; ensure timely resolutions.
• Administer WalkMe within company systems; liaise with support teams.
• Conduct discovery to ensure compatibility with business needs.
• Provide WalkMe guidance to staff and management via Helpdesk.
• Generate custom reports and ad hoc analysis for stakeholders.
