Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association New Jersey Chapter seeks a Fundraising Manager for Walk to End Alzheimer’s to lead the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. You will recruit, train and empower volunteers, build corporate partnerships, and drive revenue and participation across communities throughout New Jersey.

Based in Florham Park, you will manage multiple peer-to-peer events, travel up to 60% within the territory, and collaborate with internal teams to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Walk to End Alzheimer’s initiatives and coordinate volunteers and committees.
• Cultivate corporate and community partnerships to support fundraising goals.
• Recruit, coach and manage volunteers across multiple events.
• Plan and execute events with budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Travel within the assigned territory up to 60% as required.
