Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior technical experience required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport and explain services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in or scheduled customers at the Knowledge Bar.
• Listen and guide customers to appropriate service solutions.
• Recommend PriorityCare+, Data Backup, ESET, and other offerings in a consultative manner.
• Communicate estimated pricing and timelines at check-in.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and route work orders to the appropriate service queues.
• Process service and point of sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and productivity standards.
• Stay informed of promotions and attachment opportunities.
• Provide timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status.
• Obtain required certifications as directed by management.
