Nashville CARES operates CARES 360 Memphis, a low-barrier clinic in Memphis, TN. The Midlevel Provider will deliver HIV treatment and prevention services, STI care, and sexual health, using walk-in access to reduce delays.

The role requires Tennessee licensure as an NP or PA, DEA prescriptive authority, and strong teamwork within a multidisciplinary clinic. Full-time on-site at Friends For All.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Tennessee, or ability to obtain licensure prior to hire.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority required prior to hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently within scope of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs within a walk‑in clinical environment.

Responsabilités

• Initiate ART for newly diagnosed HIV patients and re-engage those out of care.
• Provide PrEP/PEP and educate on treatment and adherence.
• Order and review labs and communicate results to patients.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and timely follow-up.
