Nashville CARES is seeking a Midlevel Provider (NP/PA) for the CARES 360 Memphis low-barrier clinic. Located in Memphis, TN, the role focuses on HIV treatment, prevention, STI services, and sexual health in a walk-in setting.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand access to care and connect patients with ongoing services. The position requires TN licensure, DEA, and a strong patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee NP or PA licensure and DEA registration required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently within scope.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills, with trauma-informed care emphasis.

Responsabilités

• Initiate ART for newly diagnosed HIV patients and re-engage those out of care.
• Provide PrEP/PEP and STI services; order and interpret labs and communicate results.
• Coordinate referrals and transitions to ongoing care with the clinical team.
• Deliver walk-in HIV and sexual health care with established protocols.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and participate in quality improvement.
