• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company procedures.
• Keep checkout area and inventory organized, maintain proper merchandise presentation.
• Assist with inventory rotation and stock replenishment using FIFO methods.
• Adhere to all legal and safety protocols, especially concerning controlled substances (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Support promotional displays, seasonal displays, and promotional signage as directed.
• Assist with e‑commerce pick‑up and other store operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly store environment, both inside and outside.
• Collaborate with teammates, follow manager and shift leader instructions, and complete other assignments.

Basic Qualifications
