Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up/companion items.
• Registers purchases at the cash register and handles cash, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and maintains records.
• Checks in and prices merchandise as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Maintains displays, including promotional and seasonal items, and performs resets as directed.
• Assists with product separation and placement per policies; stocks using FIFO and restocks as needed.
• Uses store systems and equipment; provides service in the photo area and supports web pickup duties.
• Maintains exterior and interior store cleanliness and appearance.
• Follows company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
