Making Space (Warrington) is seeking a Support Worker for waking nights at Swallow Lodge, Lincoln. You will support adults with LD, dementia, mental health and other needs in a person-centred way, helping with decisions and new skills.

Role is on-site, permanent and full-time with a pay rate of £13.12 per hour. The company offers ongoing training, benefits and career progression opportunities, with DBS and references checks required.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Work waking nights to provide care to residents with various conditions on a person-centred basis.
• Administer medication, perform personal care tasks, conduct security checks and domestic tasks.
• Support residents to stay safe, comfortable and engaged, with access to ongoing training.
