Job summary

Making Space is recruiting a part-time Support Worker for our Swallow Lodge team in Lincoln (LN6 8UZ). You’ll support adults to live independently, assist with medication access and community participation, and handle domestic tasks with a warm, person-centred approach.

Training is provided on the job; no prior industry experience is required. The role offers an on-site, permanent position with opportunities for progression within Social Care.
