Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Wake Night Support Worker in Wareham. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible.

The role includes activities, community outings, and holidays, with an emphasis on safety and respect for choices. The ideal candidate has a Full UK driving licence, at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK, and access to funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Wareham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
