Safeguarding training is mandatory and provided during induction; enhanced DBS, references and LADO approval are essential. This role involves overnight building management and sign‑in/out procedures with on‑site security

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
• Be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren’t on site.
• Manage the building overnight and at weekends; sign in/out customers and handle enquiries.
• Monitor CCTV and complete building checks, reporting issues to Health and Safety and Scheme managers.

Job description

The Endeavour Foyer is seeking committed and reliable Bank Conciergesto cover lone-workingnightandweekendshifts. We are looking for individuals who can provide flexible, as‑and‑when cover for waking night shifts.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering an excellent service to young people aged 16–25. Previous experience working with vulnerable young people would be beneficial.

As this is a lone‑working position, safeguarding is paramount. Safeguarding training is mandatory and will be provided as part of our essential induction programme.

Key Requirements:

Shifts Available:

• - Waking nights:6:30pm–8am or 10pm–8am

Your Responsibilities:

• - To ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers living in the foyers during nights and weekends.
• - To be the first point of call for advice and security when support officers aren’t on site.
• - Manage the building overnight and at weekends, ensuring customers are signed in/out, and enquires are handled professionally.
• - Monitor CCTV and complete building checks to include hourly patrols of the building and grounds. To report any issues to the Health and Safety manager and Scheme manager.
